  26. Free Solitaire requires that the user connect to the
  27. Internet and the Goodsol.com website every 30 days to
  28. update the advertisments. The ad update is accomplished
  29. using simple HTTP transfers of image and text files. No
  30. executable files or scripts of any type are downloaded to
  31. the user's computer and no information is collected during
  32. the update process.

  34. Free Solitaire will display an ad update wizard every 30
  35. calendar days to inform the user and obtain permission to
  36. connect to the Internet. Free Solitaire never connects to
  37. the Internet without the user's permission. The user is
  38. responsible for terminating the Internet connection after
  39. the ad update is successful. Neither Goodsol Development or
  40. Michael McCulloch can be held responsible for any fees
  41. charged by your ISP resulting from use of Free Solitaire.
